The Knoxville School Board will hold their first meeting of 2011 this evening. Items on the agenda include approval of a bid for the removal of asbestos containing materials in the old junior high building, a review of the fiscal year 2011 athletics budget, presentation of information gathered from other schools that have implemented the 1-to-1 laptop programs, approval of mid-year graduates and approval of the annual out-of-state jazz band trip.

The meeting will take place at 5:30pm in the board of education meeting room of the administration building.
