State Representative Jim Van Engelenhoven says the possibility of legislation coming from the state judiciary committee about the possible impeachment of several state Supreme Court justices is slim at this time. Van Engelenhoven tells KNIA/KRLS news that current legislation in front of the Judicial committee has little chance of making out of committee. Three Supreme Court justices were voted off the bench in November’s retention vote.
