The Pella Christian boys overpowered South Tama for the second time this season, as the Eagles cruised past the Trojans 78-47 in last night’s Homecoming game.

Three players scored in double figures for Pella Christian, and nearly every member of the team contributed at least two points, as the Eagles improved their record to 12-3 overall and 8-2 in the Little Hawkeye Conference.

Chase Carlson’s 14 points and 6 rebounds led the way for Pella Christian, while Sam Tvedt and Kyle Nikkel each chipped in a dozen points.

The Trojans proved they were a much-improved team since the last time the two teams faced eachother, though, as Matt Evans led all scorers with 18 points and Brandon Horbach poured in 14.

The Pella Christian boys are in action on the road today for a non-conference contest with A-D-M in Adel.
