Pella Christian Looks To Sweep Season Series With Knoxville

Pella Christian will head to Knoxville tonight for a girl-boy doubleheader. The Eagles will look to go 2-for-2 against Knoxville this season. The girls won by a margin of 30 on December 14th, while the boys easily defeated Knoxville by a 25-point spread.

Knoxville girls enter the game with a record of 5-8, and 2-5 in LHC play. The boys are 3-9 and hold a conference mark of 1-5. Pella Chrisian girls and boys are 8-3 with a 5-2 conference records.

Head Coach Larry Hessing says “we’ve got a big week coming up, we have to go on the road to Knoxville and Albia. It was a good start to the week (beating Norwalk, Oskaloosa) but we’ve got a long way to go”.

It will be the second game in as many days for Pella Christian, and the third game in 4 days.
