The Knoxville Police Department continues to investigate a bomb threat that occurred at the Knoxville 3M plant in December. As previously reported on KNIA/KRLS, the plant was evacuated for roughly 3 hours Wednesday December 8th after someone phoned in a bomb threat. The police department and 3M Company are now offering an award of up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person response for the threat.
