Even with the official beginning of spring five weeks away, volunteers are already busy planning for this year’s Tulip Time Festival. Sue Youngman, chair of the Tulip Time Steering Committee says that group has met to begin the work of organizing volunteers, preparing for this year’s Dutch Dance, lining up leaders for wagon tours and all the other activities that visitors look forward to during the festival. The annual festival takes place May 5th, 6th and 7th.
