In duplicating their first-round score, the Central College women’s golf team maintained is place in the team standings, finishing fourth at the SoCal Dutch Invitational yesterday in Beaumont, California.  

Central’s two rounds of 371 gave them a cumulative score of 742.  Claremont-Mudd-Scripps took the team title with a 674.  The Dutch were led individually by Sarah Paulson, who shot a 91 on Tuesday and an 89 yesterday to finish in 17th place.  Ali Miller and Allison Crooks for Central also finished in the top 20.  

The Central women’s golf team will take advantage of a few more practice sessions in the California sun before returning to Iowa to prepare for the Bulldog Classic on March 26th in Kirksville, Missouri.
