The Knoxville Boys Soccer squad returns experience at many key positions. One of those is the goal keeper. Robert Woodle comes back for his senior year and was a key player in the Panther’s run the state tournament last season. Coach Jon Smith says he may a few more looks from the opposing team with a new backfield, but he is confident about Woodle’s play. Smith says Woodle has been a very good goalie for all the seasons he has been at the position. He adds that makes it a little easier to game plan and get the right personnel on defense.
