The Knoxville Historic Preservation Commission continues their fourth Thursday series this month with a discussion on the Buildings on the South Side of the Knoxville Square. Commission member Tom Schmeh says they received some great input from residents last year about the buildings and commercial tenants in downtown Knoxville since the early 1900’s so now they’re ready to try and finalize their historical map of the area. The monthly programs will continue to move their way around the square in the following months.

The program will be held on Thursday March 24th at 6:30pm at the Knoxville Public Library. All events are free and open to the public.
