A Knoxville man accused of paying a co-worker to kill his wife earlier this year has entered a plea of not guilty. Michael Jamey Miller submitted a written plea Wednesday and demanded a speedy trial. He was scheduled to have an arraignment this morning at the Marion County Courthouse for the 1st degree murder charge he faces in the death of his wife Teresa Miller.

Michael remains in the Marion County jail on a $1 million bond while the man he allegedly hired to kill Teresa, Terry Tobias Cobbins Jr. of Des Monies, is still being held in the Milwaukee County jail awaiting extradition.
