While the outdoor track and field season is about a month away, the Little Hawkeye Conference will hold an indoor meet in Grinnell today. Knoxville boys coach Mike Cunningham the Second says in no way does this tell how the outdoor season is going to go, however he adds this is a good measuring stick to see how his runners and throwers have progressed in the early season. Knoxville Girls Coach Jeremy Van Engen agrees. He says it is a good way to scout the conference to see who may have some kids to watch.
