The Pella City Council will meet in regular session Tuesday night. Items on the agenda include policy discussions for banners in the public right of way, parking on east 15th street and the appointment of a new member to the Library Board of Trustees and review of a petition for the Gary Vermeer 5k walk/run event planned for September. The meeting will take place at 7pm in the Council Chambers of the Public Safety Complex.
