The Marion County Board of Supervisors met in regular session yesterday. At the meeting the board approved employee insurance benefit plans for the next fiscal year, denied a proposed reimbursement agreement with Warren County for regional services provided by the Department of Human Services until County Attorney Ed Bull makes an amendment to change the withdrawal language so that the contract is for two years instead of indefinitely. The board also approved a medical claims saver and budget protector services and the 5 year comprehensive road plan. The agenda item to install a fire alarm notifier and attic air temp monitoring system at the County Care Facility died due to lack of motion and the board denied approval of secondary road policy 16 pending amendments.
