The Knoxville Boys Soccer Squad will get a couple of matches in today at Boone. The Panthers will take on P-C-M in the opening round of the Boone Invitational while the host Toreadors will take on Iowa Falls. The two winners will meet in the championship match later one. Knoxville Coach Jon Smith says one of the things he is pleased with is the goal scoring. Smith says he is still not satisfied with the defense. He says that will come over time and improve as the season goes on. He adds there are a lot of younger players playing defensive roles this season…and they need to get into matches and against better competition to see how far they have progressed.
