A registered nurse at the Knoxville Hospital and Clinics has just become Wound Care Certified. Rachel Davis successfully passed the examination necessary to receive the certification from the National Alliance of Wound Care (NAWC). The credential is a multidisaplinary wound care certification that is available to licensed health care professionals who possess the qualifications to deliver the highest standard in wound care to their patients. Davis has been employed at the Knoxville Hospital and Clinics for the past eight years and received her nursing degree from Indian Hills Community College.
