Facing some of the strongest teams in the Little Hawkeye Conference to open the season, the Pella Christian boys were defeated again last night, this time in a 4-0 loss to Grinnell. Keeper Jordan VanMaanen was still able to record 15 saves, but the Eagles’ offense struggled to find opportunities to put the ball in the net.
With the loss, the Pella Christian boys fall to 1-3 on the season and will travel to Perry on Monday for a non-conference contest with the Bluejays.
