The Knoxville Federated Garden Club hosts their 10th annual Garden Gala today. This year’s event, which is a fundraiser for the club, will feature garden writer and lecturer Tova Martin who will discuss “Gardening for the Five Senses” and “Infusing the Garden with Personality” along with Max Wiese’s presentation on “Everything Tea”. Garden club member Sandra Chrisman says the event has grown to exceed their expectations.
The club was able to sell out all 200 plus tickets for the event and the proceeds will be used toward their various projects including maintenance of the Bessie Spaur Butterfly Garden.
