Ever-warmer temperatures mean it’s time to start thinking about getting gardens planted.
Cheryl Nunnikhoven with Dutch Meadows Landscaping says the time is right to put in some heartier vegetables like onions and potatoes, and greens with more delicate things like broccoli needing slightly higher ground temperatures.
She says there are also options for people without access to large gardens with things like herb gardens and tomato plants.
Nunikhoven says some familiar wildlife will be showing up soon as well, such as purple martins and orioles.
