With less than two weeks to go, Tulip Time preparations are in full swing. Pella Mayor Darrell Dobernecker says the festival could never be the success it’s been without the people involved. He says the weekend is fun for him personally, as another time when his family gathers together. He adds that the best part of Tulip Time is the people. The 76th annual Tulip Time kicks off Thursday, May 5th.
