The Pella City Council will meet in regular session Tuesday night. Items on the agenda include a public hearing on rezoning issue in the Fountain Hills subdivision and on property along Big Rock Park Road. The Council will also have a public hearing concerning a private development agreement between the City Lely, Inc. and the state. The meeting takes place at 7 pm in the Council Chambers of the Pella Public Safety Complex.
