As time ticks down to Pella’s annual Tulip festival, Tulip Time Steering Committee Chair Sue Youngman says preparations are going smoothly, though there is still lots of work to be done, namely parade floats. She says scripts are all in, and now it’s time to finalize details. Dutch Dancing practice for area students has also begun and more will be held next Monday and Tuesday at 6:15 by the Tulip Toren and she encourages any alumni to come and join the fun.
