The Pella City Council met in regular session last night. Among other items on the agenda, the Council set a public hearing date of June 7th to approve a bid for improvements to the indoor pool, a project on the list for use of local option sales and service tax funds. Also approved was a final payment to Academy Roofing for work on the pool, along with a change in order netting a savings of $600 for different guttersl. The Council also accepted petitions for Thursdays in Pella, Central Homecoming and Pella Gospel Sing.
