The postseason arrives today for the area track and field teams. Knoxville and Pella head to Grinnell for the class three-D District/Regional. The two boys teams knowing full well they are the top two squads in the district. Knoxville Coach Mike Cunningham the Second says the district sets up well for his team since the Panthers have seen all but two of the squad running today. The only two teams that Knoxville has not seen this season is Williamsburg and Nevada. On the girls side…Pella will get a challenge from a loaded Williamsburg Raider squad along with host Grinnell. The district/regional individual champions automatically qualifies for state and after that…the top 16 times across the state will qualify.
