Knoxville wanted to show everyone that just because the regular season did not go completely as scripted, the postseason was a different story. Knoxville made sure early and often that the Panthers were the better team last night in their 6-0 thrashing of Oskaloosa in the class two-A sub state opener. Two goals each by Dylan Schrader and C-J Wright…and Tanner Peterson and Max Moyle also tallied scores. Knoxville now moves on to play Pella in the sub state semi-final. Coach Jon Smith is confident that when his team puts things together they can win this Wednesday. That match will take place Wednesday night at six-30 in Pella…the winter goes to the sub state final on Saturday afternoon.
