Brady Van Kooten claimed the lone victory for the Pella Christian boys tennis team yesterday afternoon, as Eagles fell 10-1 at home to a talented Norwalk squad.
Van Kooten found himself down a set after the Warriors’ Austin Katzureck claimed the first set 2-6; but dug in to claim a 6-3 win the the second set and then closed out with a gritty 10-8 victory to win at No. 1 singles.
The Pella Christian boys tennis team is in action at home again today, as they host Pella High.
