Unfortunately for the Knoxville boys soccer team, the Pella Little Dutch seemingly picked Thursday night to play their best soccer of the season; beating their Marion County rivals 7-0 in Knoxville.

Pella struck early, scoring just six minutes into the match and adding four more scores before intermission to hold a 5-0 lead at the halfway point.

The Panthers pressed harder on offense and defense in the second half, but the Little Dutch were just too dominant, adding two more goals in the final 40 minutes.

The Pella boys soccer team is now 10-3 overall and 5-1 in the Little Hawkeye Conference, and back in action tonight at Pella Christian High School against the Eagles.
