Jessica Stickel nearly had a second no-hitter of the season last night against South Tama. The Panthers were leading 4-0 in the seventh innings when the Trojans got a back-to-back singles and then a three run homer to cut the lead to four/three. However the Panthers would allow no more runs and got the win 4-3. Katie Ayers was able to celebrate her birthday with two doubles on the night. Bailey Nichols and Cheyenne Jones also ripped doubles for Knoxville who are now eight-and-14 on the season and even up the conference record to four-and-four.
