All-Little Hawkeye Conference girls soccer teams were released this week, with league champion Pella leading the way with ten selections. The Pella Christian and Knoxville girls soccer teams each had three selections apiece for the postseason honors.
Among the notables for the Lady Dutch were five 1st Team selections, including forward Bri Schroder, midfielder Gabi Meirick, goalkeeper Kelsey Fynaardt, defenseman Lisa Houser and 1st team utility player Kim Korver.
Knoxville forward Stacia Hogue was named to the 2nd team, as was Pella Christian midfielder Karianne Bolt.
The Pella girls soccer team went undefeated in conference play to win the Little Hawkeye Conference crown, and was defeated on Monday in the Class 2-A Regional Finals. Pella Christian finished the season in fifth place in the conference, with the Knoxville girls right behind in sixth.
