Outflow at Lake Red Rock is back to normal after being reduced following heavy rains both upstream and downstream over the past week. Outflow had been reduced to mitigate the potential for flash flooding downstream. John Holt with the US Army Corps of Engineers says that water has now passed, and the dam is opened back up. Currently, levels at the lake stand at 774.24 feet.
