Knoxville Raceway fans may have noticed an absence at the races this year – Skip Jackson. The popular driver was diagnosed with Stage Three Prostate Cancer before the season started. Jackson is a two-time season champion at the Knoxville Raceway, and won his sixth straight “Junior Fan Club Driver of the Year” last year, which is awarded to the young fans’ favorite driver. There will be an auction benefit for Jackson this Saturday at the Hall of Fame starting at noon.
