The City of Knoxville Street Department has closed off parking on the west side of the County Court House today. They are working to repair potholes on the east side of Second St. between Main and Robinson Streets. Parking was closed as of six this morning, and will remain closed until they finish the project. That’s expected to be either late this afternoon or tomorrow morning.
