Avenging one of only two conference losses this season, the Pella softball team shut down Oskaloosa 4-0 in Pella Wednesday night.  
The Lady Dutch made every hit count, highlighted by Rachel Greving – who slugged a double and a home run to lead Pella.  Mandy DeMeulenaere also hammered a double as one of her two hits; backing up her shut-out performance in the pitching circle.  
In all, DeMeuelenaere allowed four hits, three walks, and struck out seven Oskaloosa batters, with none of the Indians’ base-runners advancing past second base.  
With the win, Pella stands atop the Little Hawkeye Conference at 8-2 and are 12-5 overall, entering a two-day tournament this weekend in Ames.
