Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich spoke at Pella Christian High School Monday.

The Georgia republican told a relatively small crowd that the 2012 presidential election represents a choice between expansion of government, what he calls Obamaism, and regaining individual rights as endowed by a creator.

On policy, he mostly focused on the importance on domestic energy production and tax reform that would spur private investment and job growth.

Gingrich was the 6th speaker in the presidential lecture series sponsored by the Family Leader organization.
