A total of 18 players from the Knoxville, Pella Christian and Pella High baseball teams have been named All-Little Hawkeye Conference for the 2011 season.  Pella Christian, which finished second in the league standings, had the most nominees, with seven, while Pella garnered six nominations and Knoxville had five players recognized.

On First Team all-conference were Tom Bouwkamp (pitcher) and Zach Zylstra (outfielder) from the Eagles, Lance Daugherty (infielder) and Eric Jones (utility) of the Panthers, and Chris Bandstra (infielder) and Schyler Kane (utility) from the Little Dutch.  Zylstra and Jones were unanimous selections at outfield and utility, respectively.

The second team featured three Pella Christian players, as Curtis Rozenboom (catcher), Micah Nieboer (infielder) and Kyle DeRonde (utility) each earned a nod, while Pella’s Trevor Wood (infielder) and Paul Anderson (outfielder), and Knoxville’s Justin Katich (utility) also made the second team.

Little Hawkeye Conference Honorable Mention recognition went to Kellen Glover and Adam Thiel of Knoxville; Jordan Rossler and Spencer Fynaardt of Pella Christian; and Daniel Langenfeld and Ryan Lanke of Pella High.

The end-of-season honors are chosen by votes from each of the coaches in the Little Hawkeye Conference.
