Tractors and trucks that have the horsepower of two or even three sprint cars will invade the Knoxville Raceway tonight in the Inaugural N-T-P-A Titan Machinery Pulling for the Fair Truck and Tractor Pull. N-T-P-A Region Five Director Dale Quamme says many of the vehicles will have as much as 2,000 horsepower. Quamme adds there will be four classes of pullers, Super Farm Tractor, Heavy Super Stock Diesel Tractor, Two Wheel Drive Trucks and Four Wheel Drive Trucks. The truck and tractor pull is scheduled to start tonight at six, Quamme adds this bit of advice for fans who have never been to an N-T-P-A show, bring your ear plugs, because it will get loud.
