IN THE PAST TWENTY FOUR HOURS THE MARION COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPUTIES RESPONDED TO EIGHT CALLS FOR SERVICE INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ONE SUSPICIOUS PERSON, ONE ACCIDENT, ONE MISSING PERSON, THREE MOTORIST ASSISTS, ONE RETURN PHONE CALL, AND ONE SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE.

THE MARION COUNTY JAIL IS CURRENTLY HOLDING TWENTY FOUR SUBJECTS,

IN THE PAST TWENTY FOUR HOURS NO ONE WAS BOOKED INTO THE MARION COUNTY JAIL.

AS WITH ANY CRIMINAL CASE, A CHARGE IS MERELY AN ACCUSATION AND A DEFENDANT IS PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY
