Republican Presidential candidate Rick Santorum spoke to a crowd of more than 100 people in Pleasantville yesterday evening at the home of Marion County Attorney Ed Bull, including many Marion County Republican leaders. He stressed that if people look at the Republican field closely, voters will see that he is the only candidate that has a proven track record of accomplishments on both domestic and foreign issues.

Santorum encourages Marion County residents to join him at the Ames straw poll, and that his campaign will provide tickets and transportation.
