A Mass of Christian Burial for James “Jimmy” Brees, age 28 of Knoxville, will be held on Friday, August 19, 2011 at the St. Anthony’s Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Graceland Cemetery. Jimmy passed away on Tuesday at Mercy Medical Center. Visitation will begin after 1:00 p.m. on Thursday at the St. Anthony’s Catholic Church with the family receiving friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and a Vigil Service at 7:00 p.m. For those desiring, memorial contributions may be made to St. Anthony’s Catholic Church or to the Knoxville Rescue.
