The Knoxville City Council met in regular session yesterday evening. During the meeting, they voted to rezone a number of different properties, including three properties near the corner of Roche and Pleasant that were switched from commercial to residential. They also directed the cemetery committee to receive bids for the columbarium project at Graceland Cemetery, and they approved the purchase of new portable radios for the police department.
