Five Knoxville Regulars have made the top 20 A-main at the Knoxville Nationals this year. The five regulars are, Mark Dobmeier, Davey Heskin, Terry McCarl, Austin McCarl, and Brian Brown. Dobmeier, who won Thursday night’s second night of the Nationals says it is more than just defending the home turf, the weekly racers just like the drivers who come in once a year all have a goal of making the A-main on Saturday night. Dobmeier adds for the first time he sat in the suites in turn one and learned a ton about how the track comes in during the night. Brian Brown is the highest starting Knoxville drive in sixth, Dobmeier will start seventh tonight in the A-Main while Heskin will start tenth ,Austin McCarl will start 12th.
