The Knoxville Volleyball Squad is eagerly awaiting its first official match of the 2011 season. Coach Eric Fee says last Saturday’s scrimmage showed some promising things from the team, but he also saw several areas that the girls need to still work on. Fee is happy with the overall effort and how the girls are reacting to everything.

He says service receive, back row defense, and passing have been the things that the girls have been working on almost exclusively in practice the past couple of weeks. Knoxville’s season officially debuts Monday night at Chariton.
