When you lose 82% of your offense to graduation last season, and that 82% was one player, a coach tends to worry about who could step up and cover for the void. Melcher-Dallas got 2,410 total yards from Quarterback Robert Bingham, alone last season. However, Coach Ryan Conrad says his starting quarterback this season will be Junior Dalton Roland. Conrad says Roland has been at camps all summer and has developed into the starter. Conrad says Melcher-Dallas was young last season and hopes the experience back will translate into a solid year for the Saints. Melcher-Dallas made the postseason, losing in the opening round to Adair-Casey.
