PCM Volleyball Finishes Even At Dallas Center-Grimes

The PCM Volleyball Squad opened its season at the Dallas Center-Grimes Invitational last night with a 2-2 mark. The Mustangs opened up with Des Moines Roosevelt, falling 2-0; came back and beat Nodaway Valley 2-0; and fell to Southeast Polk 2-1.

In the tournament round, the Mustangs defeated Dallas Center-Grimes 2-1. Alex Samson led the Mustangs in two departments. She had 25 kills on the night and was a perfect 19-for-19 serving – also adding 13 blocks. Sierra Scarnati had 32 assists and Molly Adams had 32 digs. PCM begins the season 2-2 and will host Carlisle next Tuesday.
