The Pella City Council will meet in special session Thursday. The lone item on the agenda is a vote on a petition for an outdoor liquor license for Monarch’s in preparation for Friday’s after Five this week on the Molengracht. The Council will also hear updates from city departments. The meeting will take place at noon at City Hall.
