Another member of the Pella High softball team has decided that she will continue to compete at the collegiate level after all. Pitcher Mandy DeMeulenaere will attend Bradley University this fall and has decided to play softball for the Braves this upcoming season.

Her original plans had been to attend Truman State University in Missouri, where she was not planning to play softball. Bradley is a Division I college in Peoria, Illinois. DeMeulenaere joins a pair of her teammates as members of the Lady Dutch that are planning to continue their softball careers at the next level.

Pella centerfielder Whitney Williams will play for Division II Upper Iowa University this coming season, while leftfielder Lisa Houser will stay close to home, as she will attend Central College and play for the Dutch next spring.
