Brews and Muse is just over a week away at Peace Tree Brewery. Peace Tree Owner Megan McKay-Ziller says that the festival, which is a spin-off of last year’s Blues, Brews, and BBQ festival, will feature lots of great beer, music, art and food. Three Iowa bands will be providing music throughout the day, and McKay-Ziller says they’ve teamed with local artists and the Red Rock Arts Alliance for an art sale that will benefit the Arts Alliance. She adds that there are a few special beers on tap, including a bourbon barrel-aged stout. Tickets are $10 in advance, and $15 at the door. Call 842-2739 for more information.
