Knoxville School Board candidate Debbie Wallace was the guest on Thursday’s Let’s Talk Knoxville. Wallace says that she is concerned about the budget cuts that occurred recently, and their impact on the ability for students to seek help from teachers. She says it seems as if kids are less excited to go to school today than in the past. Wallace says that she likes the program where the student council works with the city council, and she wants to see more programs involving the community.
