[simage=6068,200,y,left] 24-year-old Shawn Robertson has been sentenced to up to twenty years in prison after pleading guilty in Marion County District Court on Friday to two counts of neglect of a dependent and one count of operating while intoxicated. However, the sentence has been suspended. The New Sharon native was arrested in June after being pulled over in Knoxville. Police say Robertson, who was driving with five passengers from the Christian Opportunity Center of Pella, had a blood alcohol level of .13 at the time. Robertson will enter rehabilitation at Kings House, a halfway house in Clinton. If he doesn’t fulfill the courts requirements in rehab, he could still serve the prison time.
