Pella Christian defeated Knoxville in volleyball last night three games to none 25/seven, 25/13, and 25/23. The Eagles were led Jenna Horstman’s 14 kills followed by Sarah Faber with ten. Cali Vink had 15 digs and Lauren Jungling contributed with 21 assists. Jasmin Schelhaus was 17/17 serving with two aces and Faber was 10/10. Knoxville was near perfect in serving led by Brooke Chrisman going 10/10 while Jessica Jones collected six digs. Pella Christian improves to 8-1 on the season and 2-0 in the Little Hawkeye Conference while Knoxville drops to 3-4 and 0-1 in the L-H-C.
