The Marion County Board of Supervisors met in regular session Monday morning. They approved new precinct boundaries based on the 2010 census. County Auditor Jake Grandia said that only slight adjustments were made to the Pella area, based on recent annexations. Otherwise, he told the board that everything will remain the same. The board also heard a presentation from Sally Kreamer, the director of the Department of Correctional Services in the Fifth Judicial District. She gave the board an update on their Community-Based Corrections program, which she says has been very successful.
